How to Access Your Digital Content

Step 1: Log into your HartfordStage.org account.

Go to ticketing.hartfordstage.org or click on “My Account” at the top right corner of the Hartford Stage website to log in to your account.

Enter the email address you used to purchase your digital tickets. If you can’t remember what address you used or what your password was, please click “Forgot Password?” to have an email sent to you. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it immediately in your inbox.

Step 2: Find the “Digital Content” section in your account.

Once you’ve logged in to your account, you’ll see a navigation panel on the left-hand side of your screen. Find where it says “Digital Content” and click into that. You should see the Dishwasher Dreams listing appear.

Step 3: View recording.

To watch the recording, click on “View Content”. A player will appear, where you can adjust your sound settings, enjoy closed caption in English and Spanish (available starting Monday, 3/21), and cast to your television.

IMPORTANT: Please note that once you complete your digital ticket purchase, you will only have 48 hours to view the recording.
