Relive the Magic of the Gala
On April 6, nearly 400 guests traveled back in time to the 1960s to party at The Beach Ball. The 2019 Hartford Stage fundraising gala was inspired by the setting of The Flamingo Kid, and our production department transformed our Scene and Paint Shop into a swanky, mid-century Long Island beach club. Guests were equally inspired, wearing vintage attire with a seaside flavor. Co-chaired by board members Marla Byrnes and Patty Willis, the gala raised nearly $300,000 in support of artistic and educational programs.
