Matching Gifts
If you work for a company that has a matching gift program, you may be able to double your gift to us – without any cost to you. Please contact your employer’s Human Resources Department for further instructions.
In-Kind Gifts
In addition to cash gifts, Hartford Stage often accepts contributions of goods or services. If you would like to make a donation of this kind, please email the Development Office with details.
Give from an IRA
Donors 70.5 or older with a traditional IRA are eligible to make tax-free contributions from their IRAs, regardless of whether or not they itemize on their tax return. These gifts are called Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs). QCDs can also count toward Required Minimum Distributions (RMD), if you must take one.
Give from a Donor Advised Fund or Family Fund
Hartford Stage is happy to accept contributions from funds that recognize individual donors or families. Please note that this may impact the benefits available to you due to limitations of goods & services allowable in return for contributions of this nature.
