Associate Director of Marketing

As the Associate Director of Marketing, you will be working directly with the Director of Marketing and other members of the marketing team, as well as a variety of other departments, to achieve the revenue and attendance goals for Hartford Stage. You will create marketing campaigns for subscription packages, individual shows and education programs, and work with the marketing team to bring those campaigns to life. You’ll be part of an exciting time at the theater, where we’re reimagining how we can be a part of the community in meaningful ways, collaborating with new partners and vendors, and exploring new strategies that fit the world we inhabit today.

Marketing Assistant

As the Marketing Assistant, you will be working directly with the Director of Marketing, and the rest of the marketing team, to support Hartford Stage’s day-to-day operations by creating and maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating project requests, providing regular sales reports, tracking and processing invoices, as well as providing press, direct mail, email marketing and social media marketing support, and general administrative and clerical assistance.
