Hartford Stage Alums in New CPTV Series
In The Cobblestone Corridor, a group of student newspaper staffers at Alfred Pierce Preparatory School investigate the institution’s most exciting and forbidden mysteries. With quick wit and a dose of nostalgia, Cobblestone explores the definitions of truth, progress and tradition. The series premieres this October on CPTV and stars Hartford Stage favorites Bill Raymond and Michael Bakkensen. HSC alums Erik Bloomquist and Danielle Bonanno also star in and executive produce the series. Dig deeper at www.CobblestoneCorridor.com.
Shakespeare in Bloom Soars
Shakespeare in Bloom, Hartford Stage’s 2016 gala, raised more than a quarter of a million dollars for artistic and educational programs. Attendees enjoyed Anastasia star Christy Altomare making her Hartford debut performing “Journey to the Past” accompanied by Stephen Flaherty.
